Managing Projects

Organise your work by project. Track progress, assign team members, and keep clients informed.

Creating a Project

Navigate to the VO Register or Admin section and click "New Project" (Directors only).

Enter the project name, client name, site address, and start date.

Each project acts as a container for variation orders, making it easy to track work per site or contract.

Project Settings

Directors can update project details from the project settings page.

Settings include project name, client details, site address, and project status (active/archived).

Archiving a project hides it from the default view but preserves all data and VOs.

Assigning Team Members

Team members can be assigned to specific projects to control access.

Only users assigned to a project (or Directors) can view and manage VOs within that project.

Assignments can be managed from Admin > Projects or during project creation.

Project Analytics

The Dashboard shows project performance including completion rates and VO counts.

Pro tier and above unlock detailed project reports including cycle time analysis and bottleneck detection.

Use the Analytics section for deeper insights into project-level performance.
